We believe that one of the key benefits of BIM is the ability to spot 'clashes' at an early stage in the project.

Identify these inconsistencies on a 3D environment, before they might occur on site, it would represent an easier, cheaper and less time-consuming solution.

MPB be certain that clashes would severely impact the construction process, causing mainly design changes and then delays. Thus, in order to mitigate this problem, we may prefer to run clash detection at the early stage of the design process.
