Student Paradise

Paradise Street on the edge of Coventry city centre will be the new home for 900 students when complete.

MPB are undertaking all, groundworks, drainage, Reiforced Concrete Sub and Superstructure for the 922-bed Paradise Street student accomodation scheme site which is being undertaken by Galliford Try’s Building East Midlands business following a £52.5 million deal with the Elite Group.

The new halls will be built across three blocks of three, 12 and 14 storeys on the site of a former garage close to the city centre, with an additional two low-rise house blocks.
