MPB is delighted to be working again for Downing on their Holbrook House Scheme in Acton, London. This 497-bed scheme located next to North Acton station, is in the Mayor of London’s Old Oak & Park Royal Opportunity Area and is being designed by award-winning architects SimpsonHaugh and Partners.

The new building reaches 24 storeys at its highest point and the plans also deliver improved pedestrian access to North Acton station.  Its 497 student residential bedrooms are arranged in a mixture of clusters of bedrooms, studio rooms and three and four bedroom apartments. Student facilities such as cinema room, common room and games area are provided. The landscaped roof terraces allow students to relax and enjoy their temporary home. Retail space is provided at ground level adjacent to the London underground station entrance.
