Works underway at New Garden Square

MPB is delighted to be underway with the delivery of the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame package for another high profile scheme in Birmingham.

New Garden Square is an ambitious regeneration project for Edgbaston. Led by Calthorpe Estates/MODA/KKR, the scheme will deliver a mixed-use destination with new offices, apartments, shops, restaurants and bars – set around a stunning garden square.

With Birmingham’s population continuing to grow, resulting in a requirement to deliver around 90,000 new homes, the New Garden Square project will deliver up to 345 new apartments in an attractive environment in a range of sizes.
