Chapel Wharf

The Chapel Wharf development consists of Four towers these vary between 12 and 22 storeys high, it will front on to the River Irwell and stand next to the distinctive slopes of The Edge buildings. It is part of a major redevelopment of the Chapel Wharf area by Dandara. The Chapel Wharf development which will see almost 1000 new one, two and three-bedroom apartments built, along with new public areas, walkways and parking for almost 400 cars - around a quarter for the hotel.The developer Dandara will be showcasing its new ‘concept’ apartments at Chapel Wharf, with a new open plan layout which maximises useable living space by removing the hallway traditionally found in apartments, giving them a distinct Manhattan style feel.

The development will feature waterside views and is only minutes away from the exciting hustle and bustle of Manchester City Centre’s business, shopping and entertainment districts. Deansgate, Spinningfields and Harvey Nichols are located approximately 400 metres from the development.

Designed by award winning Architects Hodder Associates the four residential blocks will house a selection of stylish apartments. The redevelopment of the 4.4 acre brownfield site, which is in a prime location adjacent to the five star Lowry Hotel. This will be the culmination of a regeneration process set in motion by Chapel Wharf Ltd in 1994.
